Le Musée de St. Boniface Museum

ARTIST-IN-RESIDENCE

The Winnipeg Arts Council invites artists able to communicate in both French and English to submit expressions of interest for an Artist-in-Residence project at the Le Musée de St. Boniface Museum. The selected artist will be in residence at the Le Musée de St. Boniface Museum over a six-month period beginning in January 2009 and will receive a $15,000 salary/artist fee plus a total of up to $18,000 for a permanent artwork commission. Artists working in the disciplines of Visual, Media, Film, Video, Literary and Music arts are eligible to apply. An on-site information meeting will be held Monday, September 15, 5:00 pm, at Le Musée de St. Boniface Museum, 494 Taché Avenue to tour the Museum and engage in conversation about the residency opportunity.
