Changes to Individual Artists Grants Applications
Individual Artist Program
Change to required application materials
The Winnipeg Arts Council has made minor changes to the Individual Artist Program. People intending to apply at the next deadline, September 18 2012, must familiarize themselves with the new forms. The primary requirements of the program have not changed but the materials applicants are required to submit are new at this deadline. Full details can be found by reading the guidelines found HERE.
Whereas in the past it was permissible for applicants to use our forms as templates and complete all the required information on a different sheet, this is no longer the case. Effective immediately, applications to the Individual Artist Program must be submitted on the forms available on our website. Applicants must use all of the forms listed below:
- Contact & Statistical Information form
- Grant Registration form
- Project Budget
- Support Material Documentation
Applications that do not use the forms provided will not be accepted.
All the required forms are available in a downloadable PDF package HERE
in two versions: a blank version which may be printed and filled out by hand, and a fillable PDF which may be saved to your computer. Whichever version is used, it must be printed, signed, and physically delivered to our offices. The Winnipeg Arts Council is not currently equipped for electronic submission of grant applications and will not accept documents by fax or email.
